(heh-heh. The original handouts that is ... I'll still get the books , just to have them all bound up nicely and I'm hoping Don throws in some extra bonus material)

Can't wait! I have the hand-outs but only running to about 80 pages, so 1000 pages of Stanchfeld should be comprehensive.
